Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • FuelMopar suggests you use a shipping company that has the ability to track your package. (Like Fed-X or UPS)
  • We are not responsible for lost returns by the shipping carrier.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
  • Some parts cannot be cancelled once ordered and may not be returned, we will notify you of this before ordering the part. 

Core Policy

core deposit is a refundable deposit by Mopar to assure the return of rebuildable units. When a core deposit is listed, this core price is included in FuelMopar's total amount, the core is eligible for a full refund upon the return of the exchange part. Core return and shipping charges are your responsibility, and are not refundable.

To receive full credit the core part must meet these guidelines:

  • Returned with a copy of the original invoice.
  • Received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Packed in original box.
  • Core must be fully assembled. Disassembled cores will not be accepted for refund.
  • Core must be the same part as the new part purchased.
  • Core will not be issued if core has disassembled parts, heavy rust or corrosion, bent or broken off pieces, stripped threads, or is cracked.
  • ALL FLUIDS MUST BE DRAINED from core before it is returned.

Core return instructions:

  • Properly package core into original package and shipping container.
  • Include a copy of your original receipt.
